This document provides information regarding the processing of personal data by Hiberus IT Development Services, S.L.U. (hereinafter, Hiberus), within the framework of the WePod project. This data is collected when you visit or access our website, request information, contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter.

The processing of your data is governed by this Privacy Policy, as well as by the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018, of 5 December 2018, on Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPD).

Hiberus is committed to processing your personal data confidentially and employs appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard data privacy and confidentiality. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as permitted or required by law, and especially with companies within the WePod project.

Hiberus may subcontract data storage systems to IT service providers located in Europe, subject to the data protection regulations of the respective jurisdictions. Data may not be transferred internationally.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, and requests without these data will not be processed.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure, restriction of processing, and, where applicable, data portability, under legally established conditions. You can do so by contacting our Data Protection Officer at dpo@hiberus.com. Additionally, if you consider your data is not being processed adequately, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority.
